ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Shipping is not included within the cost of the artwork and will be calculated at checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Time needed for Onyx Froot to prepare an order for shipping varies based on size and scale. Please allow the allotted time listed below for packing before artwork is shipped out.
Original Artwork, custom paintings | 2-6 weeks, 10-30 business days
SHIPPING TIMES
Onyx Froot ships and insures custom paintings with UPS & USPS, which usually takes 5 – 10 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier used for your order. You will receive a tracking # confirmation so you can track your package.

RETURN POLICY
The Following Items Can’t Be Returned Or Exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, Onyx Froot only offers returns if your order arrives damaged or defective, Onyx Froot is unable to accept returns for the items listed below. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to notify us with proof of damage, if your order is damaged or defective.
Custom or personalized orders
Original paintings/artwork
Items shipped to internationally to countries outside the USA
Items on sale or purchased with a coupon
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if a package arrives damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its “proof of damage” condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
